Entry Limits

• Studios with up to 39 workshop dancers may register a maximum of 30 solos.
• Studios registering 40 or more workshop dancers may qualify for additional routine entries. Please email [email protected] for information.

Entry limits are subject to change based on event capacity. Many of our events reach capacity prior to the registration deadline. To help us better manage event capacity and provide opportunities for as many dancers as possible, a non-refundable, non-transferable $50 deposit per competition routine is required at the time of registration.

For studio registrations, if a routine is removed more than 30 days prior to the event, the deposit may be applied toward the remaining balance for that same event only. Deposits may not be transferred to another event or city.

This policy helps minimize last-minute routine cancellations and allows us to maximize participation opportunities for all dancers.
